A Constitutional Court which, instead of ensuring compliance with the Constitution, is committed to the violation of the Constitution in order to qualify democratic initiatives as crimes. A system of parties that demonishes those who are democratically critical of the Constitution, but which defends as a constitutionalist party a party born with the main objective of not complying with the Constitution (UPN).

It is worth highlighting the anti-constitutionalism of UPN in the new issue of textbooks, on which our ineffable Iribas has decided. Many have talked about this cultural nonsense, but nowhere have I seen arguments in favour of the Spanish constitution. I know that it is a taboo, very heterodox, that in the Basque world it is supported in this constitution in the defense of the rights to special relations between the NFE-EUSKADI. Furthermore, of course, in view of the curious mission undertaken by the Constitutional Court, to which reference has been made earlier.

Well, the Spanish Constitution – very questionable, let us not say, for a sound concept of democracy – recognises in its text and expressly that there is something special between the IMF and the CAPV, to the point of designing a path to the point that one day, if the Navarros and the Navarras wanted so (“we left the head”), to constitute a single autonomous community between them. And only with the CAPV, which is not, say, with La Rioja or with Aragon or Castilla-León. In other words, it has precise constitutional support to show that there is something special in Navarre society, to be critical in the autonomic division of the Basques of today.

Along with this recognition, we know that the path that the constituents designed was filled with obstacles, intentionally, to make it unavoidable. But there is special recognition, in the Constitution. It is therefore absolutely constitutional that cultural, historical and political-institutional links between the CAV and the IMF should appear in the IMF’s educational system, if one of the objectives of education is the creation of critical, autonomous and well-informed citizens, and I do not believe that Iribas relinquishes this educational objective, despite its ineffable blindness.

This special link and recognition, whether or not UPN is recognized, is part of the Navarre institutional reality, and Iribas’s mandate goes against the Spanish constitution! But we know that this constitutionalist party came out against the Constitution.
