Etorkizuna: iragan mendeko soldatak
Amorrazioaz gain, Caja Madrideko txartel beltzen aferak erakusten du zein sakona den Espainiako ustelkeriaren putzua. Eta egoera non amaituko den ere irudika ezina da gaur gaurkoz. Finantza mundua eta botere guneetako agintarien arteko etengabeko salerosketa argiago ikusten da. Txartel beltzen ordainketetan hala irudikatzen da: dozenaka milaka euro hoteletan, festetan, alkoholean, jatetxeetan, zapatetan, zezenetan, ehizan... Rodriguez Rato, Blesa, Santin, Spottorno, Rodriguez-Ponga... 27 PPkoak dira, 15 PSOEkoak, 5 Ezker Batukoak, 11 sindikalista... Guztien artean txartel beltzen operazio honetan 15,5 milioi euro gastatu zuten, gehiena Caja Madrideko garaian. Dena diru beltzean, baina iruzurra 120.000 eurotik gorakoa ez bada, ez ei dago delitu fiskalik.
Diru asko, zalantza barik, baina gutxi horietako askok ohikoan irabazten zituzten kopuruekin: Caja Madrideko Administrazio Kontseiluko 10 pertsonen artean 71 milioi euro irabazi zuten lau urtetan. Miguel Blesa kutxako lehendakariak berak bakarrik 20 milioi euro lau urtetan. Herritarrek ez dute ongi ikusten hori, baina haien begietara ez da hain eskandalu handia. Askok pentsatzen du, gainera, kopuru horiek finantzak guztiz aske zebiltzan garaikoak direla. Baina ez, finantzen munduan, gaurko urrea atzoko bera da: Santander bankuko Administrazio Kontseiluko 16 kideek 29,76 milioi euro banatu zituzten 2013an.
Baina diru asko izanda ere, kopuru ñimiñoak dira kontuan hartzen badugu Espainian esparru publikotik bankuen erreskaterako bideratu diren dirutzak. Caja Madriden oinordekoa den Bankia –Madrilgoa gehi beste sei kutxen bategitea– duela bi urte erreskatatu zuen Espainiako Estatuak: zuzenean 22.424 milioi euro jarri zituen eta zeharka –abalak, banku txarraren sorrera...– 120.000 milioi; hau Espainiaren urteko BPGren hamarrena baino gehiago. Zein anestesia mota erabiltzen da herritarrak txartel beltzen 15,5 milioi eurorekin asalda daitezen eta 144.000 milioi euroren aurrean erreakziona ez dezaten?
Espainiako finantza sistema osoaren hondamendia saihesteko prezioa izan ei da. Hondamendia dirutan, hondamendia aurrekontuetako murrizketetan eta hondamendia ideologikoa, besteak beste publikoak ziren zazpi kutxa esku pribatuetan geratuko direlako Estatuak oraingo bere akzioak (%61,7) erosi baino askoz merkeago saltzen dituenean. Dirua bakarrik ez, legea ere finantza sistemaren menpe jarri da eta lurrikara horren azken dardarak egun hauetan bizi dira euskal kutxetan, publikoa zena pribatu bilakatuz. Hori bai, EAJ, PP, PSOE eta kutxetako agintariek behin eta berriz azpimarratu duten gisan, “legeak behartuta”.
Baina lasai, Espainia hazten ari da eta. EBn gehien haziko dena izango ei da aurten. Hazkundearen txanponaren bestaldeaz hitz egiten denean, berehala ateratzen dira 5 milioi langabetu eta hori da seguruenik alderik beltzena, baina ez bakarra. Ondorengo ondoriorik larrienetakoa soldaten eta bizimailaren jaitsiera da, eta etorkizunean datorrenaz ondo jabetzeko zer hobea AEBetako ispilura begiratzea baino.
Munduko Diru Funtsaren arabera, AEBek %3,3ko hazkundea izango dute urte amaierarako. Barack Obamak lau haizetara saltzen du azken 55 hilabeteetan 10,3 milioi lanpostu sortu direla beren herrialdean. Langabezia datu ofiziala %5,9koa da. Egiazko datuak okerragoak dira, baina bada datu oso esanguratsua, herritarren bizimailaren bilakaeraz asko adierazten duena: soldaten etengabeko beherakada. Pew Research Center-ek egindako ikerketa baten arabera: AEBetako batez besteko soldataren eroste ahalmena 1979koaren parekoa da. Francesc Peirón La Vanguardiako New Yorkeko korrespontsalak idatzi berri duen moduan: “Aberatsenen herrialdean beste mende bateko soldatak”.
