On the hillside of the hill of Izura, a village of 200 inhabitants is amalgamated. Eñaut Larralde, who had sung in pairs with Eñaut Etxamendi, knew no other richer place in the world. In the Ostibarre area, however, prosperity is not measured only in money. The most elementary inclinations towards receiving, the value of words and the added value of common sweetness penetrate into the strips of laughter, which are subjected to bitterness.
It shows that the dolphin has always been taught in relations with foreigners and strangers. When you come down from the chapel of Soyharte, the first farmer of the Haranbeltz to whom you will greet in the GR-65 of the Beilaris to Compostela, you will want to know where it comes from, the sack on your back, and when you find out that you are Basque, not far apart, you will start talking noka to yourself. So you know where you are from. The road leads to Auñamendi bleached with snow, to the lands of Navarre, to the south, like the old song to Spain. Low-altitude areas include Arhantsusi, Ostankoa, Uharte Amikuze, Landibarre, Larzabale, Arroze-Zibitze and Jutu.
The Biduze River flows at your feet. From the plain of Elciego in Arbaileta and from the cave of Arbaileta, in the first kilometers of its journey, the salva of the river, closed rarely, besieged with lapaz, almost coquina, is preparing when it learns to be lazy in the Decadent Terror. Pour the waters of Oztibarre and Amikuze at the level of Gixune to the great aturri. From north to south, Biduze was the driver of the many marches that have taken place. Perhaps that's why the Basques united Hozta and Ibarretxe the gas stations turned Ostavath into the main city, until the French pronounced Ostabat. Izura is in a state of great calm, apart from the road between Donapaleu and Garazi.
Those of Izura-Azme live in agriculture: they cultivate sheep, manexas in general, produce milk and homemade cheese, red beef, vegetables, maize and fodder plants. But it's not just. Following the tradition of the centuries, there are numerous hostels to welcome travelers and sailing boats. Of course, Izura is truly linked to the Basque country: it is based on the cultural association Haize Berri. It is also a ikastola: In Lartzabal is the College of SEASKA, named by Manex Erdozaintzi-Etxart, in tribute to the Ibarlés poet, and, cherry, 96% of the people use the Basque.
Izura’s popular heart is divided into three parts. First of all, Irizola, the first to walk close by foot, among the big dogs barking. Hospitals and reception points were there and they are still there. The tax was not paid there. It follows from a well consecrated to the Virgin and, if desired, it can dry the thirst in the miracle source. Then, Villanueva, who had been stuck paying for the right of access. It was built in the 12th century, in the form of a stronghold, surrounded by walls that were destroyed in 1228 by the armies of Sancho the Fort. Finally, the contemporary city XVII.etik has risen up here, with a covered market and a spectacular neo-gothic church that protects the house of the people.
The area of the farmhouse is also cut into three neighborhoods: The same terror, Azme and Haranbeltz. The manor house of Latsaga is found everywhere in the middle of meadows, meadows and oak trees. XIII-XIV.ko The rest of the sturdy house is in sight, equipped with a beautiful entrance tower. He was burned by the harsh wars between Protestants and Catholics.
You see that Terror is drawn into the heart of the world. Every flood of history has left fingers or herex. People have been accustomed to this gentle manger for a long time that on the hill of the Old Castle were found sharp sylex in the prehistoric Dordogne and in Galicia. It was later an important point on the maps of the Roman emperor Antonín, on the route that joined Izura, Garona and Ebro. In the Middle Ages, due to the impossibility of crossing the lagoons of the Landes, three paths of Santiago in the interior of the lands were collected in Izura: Tours, Vezelay and Le Puy. There is a 1998 work by the sculptor Christiane Giraud to highlight space.
In the time of the Kingdom of Navarre, the force and shadow of the Terror grew even more. In 1381 Carlos II.ak authorized him to organize a market. In the religious conflicts in Navarre, as we have said, Izura, like other cities, tasted the fire. When peace arrived, in 1604, Henri III.ak allowed the Izuratarras to hold a fair twice a year.
The past greatness of the people manifests itself in the contemplation of the violence of the houses. The dwellings are laid, with their fins and their red roofs, on the entrance door the name and surnames of the owner, the years of construction and sometimes fragments of a sentence are read in the gray marble stone. This wealth is maintained today, as the houses rise faithfully to the previous model.
In 1841 Izura and Azme were unified and since then they have been together. In the Baiona Cartridges of 1481 the name of Azme appears. At first, Azpe, that is, the rock, could be in the languages of the witnesses. In the 15th century there were ten houses, which there were always few people in this area. Between Azme and Izura is the noble residence Latsaga, with the right to participate in the Courts of Navarra. During the French Revolution, the assets of the Azm church were stolen and sold, according to reliable sources, in exchange for £447 per hour. The conciliation was held on June 13, 1841. In 1995, Oztibar's ikastola was opened in Azm.
In the 19th century Napoleon III.ak Landa dried up and facilitated the paths of the coast. Since then, little by little, the Izura bubble and its economic importance crumbled. The three wars, the peasant exodus and the machining of agriculture emptied the banks of Izura-Azm.
The 12th century Friar Aimeric Picaud of the Poitou Tierno did not have such a positive opinion as the one we had when he wrote about Oztibar. It came from Bordeaux, the Champs-Elysées, overflowing with terrible animals and black howls in the footsteps of the wolves, after having endured the dreadful forests of Amikuze. When he returned to the dolphin, he was forced to pay the tax for the thousandth time. We can imagine that in a text that has not been worn down for centuries, he poured out his nausea and his cholera. The Pilot's Manual, which would have been the fifth chapter of that Kodex Kalixtinus, was the author of the murder.
According to Picaud, the Basques and the Navarros, despite having a language and customs similar to the ones they characterized, were not worth pills: they were sinners, ugly face, lascivos, even with the donkeys, more perverse than the vicious, drunken, thieves, timid, changing and lacrimose. Basque fame had not matured. It was true that those of Isura were the worst collectors, most of the caste of the exhausts, who lent money to the peasants who did not have money.
In Izura, the reception structure for the sailboats was adapted: bars, hostels, craftsmen of all kinds, shops, shops and thousands of walkers at the gates of the village: sailboats, of course, and merchants, members of society and soldiers. In 1350 there were about 15 hostels, 20 bars and three hospitals: San Antonio, Santa Catalina and San Nicolás del Valle.
It is tangible that we arrive at Haranbeltz from Soytze. In the center of the oak trees are four knife houses and a hermitage that has been repaired for a long time XII-XIII.eko, besieged by a brilliant cemetery fascinated to this day. Passersby attended at the hospital and had four or five beds for longer illnesses. It was the owners of local labourers who managed, and they already have the day to day of the small church.
The popularity of the Basques has been improving, perhaps. Setting the direction of Gibraltar towards Izura, the sailboats pass from March to November and the inhabitants of Izura have not lost the taste of receiving the walkers. Circulation tax is therefore not paid.
At least on foot.
