Abortatzeagatik epaitutako hamaika basauriar haiek
Borrokak jarraitu egin behar du, Sexualitatea ez da amatasuna, Antisorgailuak ez abortatzeko, Abortu librea ez hiltzeko... Lelo horiek ditut gogoan, beste askoren artean: Amnistia emakumeentzat eta Abortua legalizatu. Feministok behin eta berriz oihukatzen genituen Basauriko hamaika emakumeen epaiketen harira egindako borroketan, 1982an.
Bilerak eta manifestazioak ditut gogoan, itxialdiak eta mitinak, eta PSOEtik ezkerragorako emakume guztiak batuta, inoiz berriz ikusi ez dudan moduan: PCko Kati Gutiérrez, EMK-ko Rosa Olivares eta Karmele Ikazuriaga, Maria Jose Urruzola, Assumpta Serna, Cristina Almeida, Antonia Fernández… eta Idoia, Ana, Raquel, Rosa, Esti, Isabel eta beste asko –barkatu oroimena herrenka baitabilkit–. Feministok gaizki egin dugu, ez baitugu gure borroken historia behar bezainbeste zaindu eta gorde.
Gogoan dudan beste gauza bat da, garai hartan, edo beldur gutxiago genion mikrofonoari, edo hain boteretsu, arrazoiz eta argumentuz beteta sentitzen ginen, ezen aukera ematen zigun orduko mundu guztiari kontatzen baikenion abortua legalizatzea nahi genuela, nazkatuta geundela XIX. mendeko lege batez, erreformak emakumeak traizionatu zituela… Denok nahi genuen hitz egin. Gaur egun, kontu handiz adosten dugu nori dagokion hitz egitea eta boluntarioak ez dira sekula pilatzen.
Gogoratzen dut borroka bereko partaide sentitzen ginela, berriz sentitu ez dugun mailako eskuzabaltasunez aritu ginela. Guztiok, zuzenean eragin ala ez, Nik ere abortatu dut kartela generaman eta manifestazioetan oihu egiten genuen. Diru-bilketak egiten ziren Frantziara eta Londresera joateko.
Gogoan ditut jaun suminduen irainak; betikoak ziren: “Putak!”, “segi harrikoa egitera!”, “mari-mutilak!”. Orain grazia egiten dit feministak ondo ikusiak ez garelako, gazte batzuk minduta sentitzea. Emakumeak gutxietsi, gaizki tratatu eta erailtzen dituen gizartean, giza eskubide osoak ez dituenean lortu, eta ama, emazte eta zaintzaile gisa “emandako lanak” betetzen ez dituztenean ohartaraziak direnean, harrigarria litzateke feministak jendartearen etsai natural gisa gorrotatuak ez izatea.
Gogoan dut, Basaurikoa baino pixka bat lehenxeago lehenengo aldiz ama izan nintzela. Orduan ez nuen ulertu, eta orain ere ez dut ulertzen nola ama izan nintzenean pilatu zitzaizkidan sentimenduak eta emozioak, lana-eta utzi beharrak, mina eta poza, inposatu nahi zaizkion inondik inora halakorik nahi ez duenari.
