Matz-Erreka kooperatiban batzar orokorrak euskara hutsean
Gogor dabiltza Antzuola aldean. Orain dela urtebete, Elay enpresak euskara plana bertan behera utzi izana ospatu zuen, lantokian euskara normalizatutzat jo zutelako. Oraingoan, Matz-Erreka kooperatiba-enpresa datorkigu albiste onekin. Azken hiru urteetan batzar orokorra euskara hutsean egitea lortu dute.
2011, 2012 eta 2013 urteetan euskara hutsean egin zituzten batzar orokorrak. Hizlariak, denak, euskaldunak ziren, eta aldiz, 200 langileetatik 20-25 inguru ez ziren euskara ulertzeko gai. 2009an euskararen erabilera gehiago bultzatzeko bideak ezarri nahi izan zituzten, eta hainbat baliabidetara jo zuten: aldibereko itzulpenerako aparatuak, itzultzaile-interpreteak, euskara ikastaroak eta ahoz aritzeko trebakuntza. Emaitza: 2009an batzarren ahozko jardueraren %94 euskaraz, 2010ean %98 eta hurrengo urteetan euskara hutsean.
Urtean egiten dituzten hiru batzar informatiboetan erabileraren kopuruak xumeagoak ziren hasieran, baina jauzi handia egin dute urte gutxian. 2008an erabilera %22koa zen, eta gaur egun %80koa da.
