Carlos Urquijo, once again
‘Tolosaldeko Ataria’ receives the news. The delegate of the Spanish Government to the CAV, Carlos Urquijo, has lodged a second complaint with the City Council of Tolosa. The complaint comes from the fact that the bases for subsidizing cultural activities have established criteria to promote the Basque country. The City Council states that it will continue to make use of all the possibilities granted to it by law.
Urquijo filed the first appeal in early 2013 with the City Council of Pamplona/Iruña de Oca.
