Saio erromantikoa proposatu digu Euskadiko Orkestra Sinfonikoak edizio honetako 10. abonu kontzerturako. Txaikovskik eta Schumann-ek, hain desberdinak sentimenduak azaleratzeko erabiltzen dituzten bideak aukeratzerakoan, ordubeteko saio disfrutagarria eman ziguten. Hori biribiltzeko, izartxoa den Alexandre Da Costa biolin jotzaile kanadarra (azkenaldi honetan hemen sarritan entzuten duguna) eta John Axelrod zuzendari bitxia izan genituen taula gainean. Dibertigarria.
Zein ederra den Txaikovskiren Biolin eta Orkestrarako re maiorreko kontzertua, op. 35. Lehenengo mugimendu maiestatetsua, dotorea, publikoaren begikoetako bat da, eta ez da harritzekoa. Halaxe frogatu zuen bisetan, non mundu klasikotik rockaren estetikara pasa zen arazorik gabe.
Erromantizismoaren beste aurpegi bat dastatu genuen saioaren bigarren zatian. Schumann-en mundu estetikoak ez dauka zerikusirik beste erromantikoekin. Haren musika eta literatura beti oso lotuta ibili dira. Pianorako obrek, adibidez, askotan, erreferentzia literarioak dituzte, konplexutasun intelektual berezia emanez musikari. Haren 4.
