Prefetaren etxeko lanak
Duela zenbait hilabete, herri hauteskundeetako garaia hasi aitzin, prefetak bi lan hartu zituen bere gain: alde batetik, azken 20 urteetako statu quoa apurtu ondoren ikastolak diru publikoz laguntzeari buruzko zirkularra idatzi, eta bestalde, Ipar Euskal Herrirako gobernantza hautabide batzuk proposatu, frantses gobernuak Lurralde Kolektibitatearen aukera baztertu ondoren. Geroztik hauteskundeek ekarri dituzte sozialistei zafraldia eta abertzaleen gorakada nabarmena. Ondorioz, Manuel Valls lehen ministroa izendatua izan da eta honek gobernu berria osatu du.
Lehen etxeko lana atera berri du prefetak, eta legedi guztia arakatuz gero baieztatu du (hau scoop hau!) ikastola berriak ezin direla eraiki diru publikoarekin. Lokal zaharrak edota “prefabrikatuak” soilik alokatzen ahal zaizkie! Legediaren barnean “aterabide” teknikoak proposatzen saiatu bada ere, haserrea baizik ez du piztu prefetak, oroz gainetik irudikatu baitu mundu osoari askatasun, berdintasun eta eskubideez irakasgaiak eman nahi dituen Frantziaren partetik euskarak merezi duen estimua. Momentu berean Batera plataformak luzatu galdeketari erantzunez, 64 auzapez berri engaiatu dira “herri mailako hizkuntza politika bat plantan ezartzearekin euskarari ezagupen eta bizitza publikoan leku bat aitortuko dizkiona, haren ikasketa, erabilera eta herritarren artean promozioa bultzatuz”.
Lurralde Kolektibitatearekiko atxikimendua dela eta, nabaria da hauteskundeen biharamunean herri handienetan gertatu aldaketa: populazioaren gehiengo zabala ordezkatzen duten auzapezak alde dira gaur egun eta kontrako jarrera aktiboena zuten sektore sozialistak guztiz ahulduak gelditu dira. Bizkitartean, Vallsek bere aurkezpen diskurtsoan frantses instituzioen berrantolaketari buruzko eztabaida ireki du berriz. Bi urte barne sozialisten hirugarren proiektua da eta aldi honetan aldaketa sakonak proposatzen ditu: eskualdeak batu, departamenduetako asanbladak desegin, konpetentzien banaketa zorrotza... Eztabaida luze eta beroak aurreikus daitezke Frantzia osoan, baina dudarik ez da biharko antolaketa instituzionalari begira, azken urteetan egindako lanari esker Ipar Euskal Herriko jendartea prestatuenetariko bat dela politikoki nahiz gogoetaren aldetik. Ikusteko da prefetaren bigarren etxeko lanak jendartea asetu, zatitu ala mobilizatuko ote duen.
