9. The congress will take place on May 10 in Gernika-Lumo (Bizkaia). This year the axis will be Euskoiberism and four research papers will be presented on the subject of the Iberian language. The Valencian researcher Luis Silgo will talk about the relations between the Iberian and the Basque country; the Madrid researcher Antonio Arnaiz will explain how they have wanted to historically destroy the relations between the two; and Jabier Goitia will talk about the traces left in toponymy and terminology the relationship between toponymy and the Basque on Iberia. The fourth rapporteur of the morning will be Portuguese Virgilio Correia, who will talk about writing in the south-west of the peninsular and the new theories that exist.
After eating, the program will visit the Gernika Tree, to talk about the mythological meaning of oak. In the afternoon there will be other conferences.
