The President of the Government of Navarra, Yolanda Barcina, will do the impossible to reach the end of the legislature, even if it is a trace. The situation is not easy, but if you stick to what you have done from the beginning of the legislature to this day, there are many reasons to think that will be the case. The key is in the PSN and, in fact, Jiménez and his followers are more afraid of the polls than Barcina.
The Spanish right, on the other hand, is more accustomed in Navarre to attack than in a retaliation, physically eliminating the adversary, as in the War of 36, or equating the vision that does not correspond with the Spanish Navarre with that of ETA, as the Civil Guard recently did with the report of model D.
Here is a summary of the report for those who do not know anything. ETA and its relatives decided a long time ago that the conquest of Navarre was to be carried out from education. Model D is now also being used, and “the Abertzale left” has already managed to infiltrate the educational system in 26.7% of the cases. The Civil Guard has analyzed 28 of the 155 centers that offer model D, in which the left Abertzale gets more votes, and from there it has concluded that 441 of the 1,652 professors have a direct relationship with the “left Abertzale”.
It's not a fiction, it's a Civil Guard report. In addition, according to El Mundo published last Sunday, both the Ikastola Amaiur of Pamplona and the Institute of Iturrama belong to ETA and those responsible for the latter center are linked to the Abertzale left.
One of them is mixed with his smile and discomfort. A smile, because it is absurd, because it shows how awkward Spain is doing in Navarre and how worried the Nabarrist right is about the future and the forthcoming election period. The first round will be in May 2014 with the elections to the European Parliament and the second in the spring of 2015 with the municipal elections and the Government of Navarra.
But it is also a concern, not in any way, and a rage of concern, because many Basques have paid with scrutiny reports as ridiculous and absurd as this one from the Civil Guard. And it is not the past, the macro-processes of these weeks in Madrid are a raw and living example.
Concern because for many citizens of Navarra the words of the Civil Guard are true, because it opens the doubt among many others and because others, without believing, but reading the news “by chance”, can adopt the attitude of not enrolling in model D and some take it. And concern, because all of this can be used to bring about legislative changes.
Everything is chained. President Barcina made it clear last Sunday, UPN day, to her followers: “UPN won’t let Batasuna destroy Navarra.” And UPN Deputy Carlos Salvador will ask in Congress to change the laws so that those convicted of crimes of pederastia, xenophobia and terrorism cannot be teachers. And he has asked the Minister of the Interior, Jorge Fernández Díez, to explain the report of the Civil Guard in the Spanish Congress. But interestingly, UPN has not asked for the same thing in the Parliament of Navarra, and there the opposition has asked for the appearance of UPN to explain what it has about the Civil Guard report and for the teachers of model D to fully support Parliament. And so has the Basque Parliament, with the votes against UPN and pp, giving all support to that Basque branch that the Civil Guard relates to indoctrination.
In this CONTEXT it is much better understood why the Government of Navarre does not want the analogue signal of ETB in Navarre, although many Barcina voters would also appreciate it, especially to follow balls or football matches. That is why, when the digital shutdown of three years ago took place, the Government of Navarre claimed that it would not pay a penny to see ETB in Navarre – it was said that it was EUR 1 million – that it was for the Basque Government, if it wanted it.
We knew it wasn't, but EA showed that money wasn't a problem, that in the antennas of Erreniega you could do the necessary technical tweaks and get the digital signal easily. The Spanish Government imposed a fine of EUR 45,000 on the woman assaulted by the agent.
Before they were maps, then money or the lack of institutional respect for the Basque Government and now, as Mariano Rajoy pointed out to the jeltzale Aitor Esteban, he has no problem, but there must be an agreement between the Basque Government and the Navarro.
It is not a joke, the report of the Civil Guard will soon come out, which will throw the risks of EiTB.
Immersed in the war against the community lords and churches, in 1521, Castile obtained the help of his brother-in-law Enrique de Navarra II.ak, King Francisco I of France, to recover the kingdom of Navarre invaded, conquered and occupied nine years earlier.

You will easily see Spaniards of a certain age who want to underestimate or reduce the severity of something: “More was lost in Cuba,” recalling the loss of the remains of the colonial empire in 1898. Hungarians also have a similar expression, which is used in the same sense... [+]
