The case reached its peak last spring, at least as far as the expectation of a large part of the population is concerned. In those months, moreover, the pot in Navarre was about to overflow, or at least it seemed so. This warmed up as UPN representatives appeared at the Pamplona Court to testify one by one before the judge. And, of course, heat it up, as the government of Yolanda Barcina imposes cuts. Demonstrations, concentrations, acts of protest ... were made as the bread of every day, against cutbacks and corruption, for workers' rights, for the closure of factories and for evictions, for holding elections. Barcina herself lost her smile on her face. In parallel, some party polls pointed to a huge change in Navarre, due to the radicalization of the Socialists, when the elections were held. Subsequently, however, the results of a survey showed that the Socialists, despite losing weight, were not going to lose so much seat and that Left-Ezkerra was not going to rise. I mean, Bildu, Geroa Bai and Left-Ezkerra weren't going to do 26, and that, of course, is absolutely fundamental to bringing a real change to Navarra. On the other hand, between UPN and PSN they could reach 26. With this possibility, the Socialists, who do not say so, are going to keep things as usual, keep things as they are.
Then, once the summer began, with the closed parliament, in a festive atmosphere, with a smell of vacation, it is difficult to go to the plaza and, of course, with the outbreak of the Tudela sucking, we were able to see Barcina’s wide smile and laughter before the decision of the Supreme Court. The water bubble of the pot is over. After a long speech that day, Miguel Strogoff has not stopped walking through the squares in the burning summer days. However, the summer is running out and will soon have to get out of the weeds. Meanwhile, the Civil Guard’s report on this case has come to light.
