The decision to be happy

Resilience, ability to emerge reinforced from accidents. Don't stop giving us prescriptions. In the case of individuals and also in the case of people. That is how I understand the 12 recommendations of the Social Forum. This country must be an opportunity to emerge stronger from the disaster, and these recommendations will not be enough, but they are essential steps.
In the breaks, I was tempted to think that the discourse about resilience is an alibi for powerful people. That the powerful want to see forcefully the powerless, that's it. Dinner on the eve of the death penalty. But anyway, I've given myself to look for happiness.
