Fighting HIV without medicines
In the 1980s and 1990s, the HIV virus created panic among us. Those of us who lived those times know someone who has been led by AIDS. Some of those infected by the virus, for their part, were lucky enough to survive thanks to the medical advances that have been made so far.
No cure for AIDS has yet been found, but over the years the virus is better known. In an article published by a French research group in the web journal plos Pathogens, fourteen seropositive adults have claimed to have managed to control the virus. For the time being, they have not wanted to use the word cure. These 14 people were diagnosed with the disease around the year 2000, but they were detected very quickly, and it seems that this has been the key to being able to “cure” in the future. Ultimately, these people's cells have enough strength to fight HIV without outside help or medicine.
