Nahierako justizia internazionala
Kroaziak independentzia aldarrikatu zuenean, bere serbiar gehiengoko bi lurraldeek (Ekialdeko Eslavonia eta Krajina) independentzia ere aldarrikatu zuten. Hortxe hasi zen Kroaziako guda. Gero, bake akordioak iritsi ziren. Hauen arabera, bi errepublikei babes internazionaleko autonomia segurtatu zitzaien. Baina, 1995ean, Bosnia-Herzegovinako guda bukatzen ari zela aprobetxatuz, kroaziarrek eraso bat burutu zuten Krajina eskuratzeko (II.
