We're in time to fix it, but we've already fallen into the mouse hole. We are no longer talking about whether we want to be independent. Instead, they have led us to debate whether or not we want to be members of the European Union. It is clear that there is no discussion. The Union would accept us once we are independent or have no choice, a minute earlier not. Meanwhile, Spain is frightening us, it is dividing our forces into a debate in which they have a unique position. My proposal? Let us stop talking about Europe and let us talk about ourselves, which is the important thing.

Let us think about independence and the process of independence, without accepting external conditions and blackmail. We want to be independent, and when we are, then we will ask Batasuna, if that interests us. And yes, I think we're interested in entry.

Some say that some of the independentists do not want independence, that if it is not certain that we will be part of the Union. And there's the trap. And it's that "Oh! I would like independence, but, listen, I have to be sure that we are going to be part of the European Union”, the wolves who say continually, soon we will see them in disguise of lamb. These wolves are repeating the fake song of those who have found a mock argument to deal with independence.

Well, no. The key question is not whether we are going to be members of the European Union. The answer to this question at the moment is neither important nor decisive. The only thing we have to know is whether we have the right to decide. That we comply with what we decide to make sure that we will have sufficient force, with our hands free and without mortgages, that we will decide our future.

And if someone who has no wolf soul thinks that it is dangerous not to know beforehand when we become independent that we enter the European Union, to show me that this risk is more serious for Catalonia than to keep it in the current situation.

Finally, and by the way, given that we are talking about the day after independence, it would perhaps be fair to vote on the ten or twelve major issues on which citizens have opposing opinions. For example, what would be the problem in asking if we want to join the European Union? Is it possible that Castilian has to be an official or that the electoral system needs open lists?
