As you well know, we are experiencing a moment of change and from now on political representatives, on behalf of all of us, will seek to reach agreements that are essential for the survival and coexistence of Euskal Herria. Well, in these elections the majority of the citizens have opted for the Abertzale option, and that fact should not be overlooked.

In this part of Euskal Herria, the majority will of the citizens joins the Basque values and among them, of course, the promotion of the Basque Country and the Basque culture. But, as has also been shown in other areas, language policy has been the one that has taken the step. It may be a matter of opinion as to whether it has given much, little, sufficient or sufficient, but one fact is that the Basque and the Basque world need a strong injection and a strong push, so that this enormous effort made in recent decades to revitalize the Basque country and create real possibilities of living in Euskera does not fade in a harsh crisis.

The Basques and the Basques want to live in Basque increasingly in areas with total normality and we want the linguistic coexistence of Basque citizenship to be based on respect and solidarity. We are prepared to do what is in our hands, but you politicians and especially lehendakari have a special responsibility in that.

The Basque Country, if it has perpetuated it to this day, has been thanks to the love that we citizens have had for our language. This love, in any case, must be transmitted through strong institutional and social support, without complexes or complexes, in order to continue to extend the knowledge of Euskera among the Basque citizenship and to be able to create more and more breaths to live in Euskera.

Euskera and Basque culture need an agreement. Through this convention, the centrality of the Basque Country must be given, both in the structure and action of the Basque Government and in the public policies that are put in place. I would ask this lehendakari candidate to listen, to think, to sit down and to do.
