Debagoiena has designed a framework for the practice of urbanism: We call him Bagara. This region reintroduces innovation in the organization of social processes. This geographic and human environment is rich in proposing different social and economic initiatives. Historically, the activities have been managed directly by the protagonists, and above all, they have done so. That is the real differential of the region and the firmest base of its prestige. Bagara intends to launch an experience to reactivate and update certain metabolised ideological principles. The north has been drawn to carry out projects that have a course. Three parts of the body will be synchronously muscultured: hands, head and heart. Already in this microclimate of social experimentation, through Bagara, different sectors have been approached for the realization of diagnoses and the implementation of projects. Understanding Bagara's dominant logic is not difficult: developing the region through community self-organization. It is a question of answering old and new questions with feasible projects, ready to be a laboratory for the whole of the Basque Country.
