Many people, especially women, suffer from great tiredness throughout the day, and although it should not be forgotten that behind this tiredness there may be fibromyalgia, there may be other reasons that are much easier to control.
At certain times in life, for example, after age 50, or after women have had a child, or during adolescence, it is common for them to feel completely exhausted. There are many reasons that can give rise to this incomprehensible fatigue, and it is not possible to mention them all here, but I would like to point out some situations that need to be controlled.
Inadequate feeding
For various reasons, many people decide to make special diets to lose a few pounds. And when these diets aren't properly adapted or are boring, health problems can occur.
Insomnia or apnoea
Little or no sleep – often with interruptions when breathing – is, on many occasions, the reason for feeling tired. It is appropriate to consult an expert, even to ask for a shift in a Sleep Unit, as poor sleep can have serious health consequences.
Depression
Tiredness and lack of courage or bad mood are always closely linked.
Anaemia
It may be due to lack of iron – it is recommended to eat red meats, mussels, clams and nuts – but also due to lack of folic acid – with special attention to pregnant women. Take the necessary vegetables, fruits, and green leaf nuts into your diet. In very common cases bleeding may occur, but also unexpectedly due to an undiagnosed ulcer or hiatal hernia.
Urinary tract infections
In these cases fever and weakness will also appear at the same time.
Thyroid disorders
If you get a lot of weight with tiredness for no apparent reason, it's best to go to the doctor, perhaps because your thyroid gland works too slow.
Impaired glucose level
Sugar oscillations lead to lack of energy and fatigue. It usually happens in diabetic people who do not control their situation well, but also after a long time without eating anything.
Do you drink enough water?
If you've had vomiting or diarrhea in the past, you may feel powerless. To find out if you're dehydrated, do the following test: Crush your skin with a finger and if the white mark or stain on it lasts for a few seconds before it goes away, drink more water or fluid to fight dehydration.
Watch out for coffee
When we're tired, it's normal for us to take incentives and coffee is the best known of stimulants. But too many cafes are going to make the situation worse. It is best to start the day with a good breakfast and enjoy your coffee with milk or a tablespoon of royal jelly.
How do you know if it's chronic fatigue?
Chronic tiredness usually occurs in women between 30 and 50 years of age, lasts for more than six months, and is not relieved by rest. The doctor may only think of this diagnosis when he or she has discarded all the reasons mentioned above.
