In one there is a lack of teachers, in the other there is no covering of substitutions... cuts and cuts! That's all there is at school. First of all, calls for strike and protest have been raised. And the small journey of a course that has only just begun has taught us that the new course has not come out very rich.

Then, the working conditions of the education workers and finally, and it is also important to bear this in mind, the society and the future of this people.

These are cuts that the economy has been forced to make. More and more voices are calling for serious analysis of what spending or investment is, what education is. It is unbelievable, but the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) can also agree with those voices.
This institution has recently presented the report The situation of education 2011. Many studies and calculations have been carried out and an important piece of information has been published: for every euro invested in education a profit of EUR 3.9 is obtained. The conclusion is that the benefits of education are very important for both the individual and society.

It is clear that neither such an institution dedicated to economic interests would make cuts in education. As the other would say: bread of today, hunger of tomorrow.
