Eight years ago Itxuroso was born that positive Navarro space. It gave a new concept of city, well integrated with its natural landscape: a new set of mountain slopes, opaque, solans, plains, river areas, cultivation fields, parks, neighborhoods, multicolored plants and buildings of all kinds, almost idyllic, as the most attractive model of a project.

Unfortunately, the project remained a model. Soon the designers began to whip each other. The first to leave the project were lovers of the aesthetics of the banks, who were half-intentioned, half expelled by others. Those who prioritized the abrupt mountains and the oak trees wanted to give a more uniform green color to the new area, but soon they began to compete in the re-adaptation of the model. The next ones to get out of the project were those who loved the parade. The landscape lovers on the slopes, who were their masters, promised to turn the steep mountains into soft and friendly fields, parks and hills, but always green and green, without ending the spirit of the original model. Less since its early plurality, but it seemed to retain some of that promising style at the time of its birth, and it would one day still be. In any case, the death of the project was guessed step by step, instead of doing what the model showed, as the components were lost.

Many clients approached the project from the very beginning. In addition, the project that presented the model had another appeal: that not only the designers, but also the clients could participate in the realization of the model. And they participated. That's right, only to the extent that designers allowed it. They built bridges and roads between rival designers, so that the initial model could be carried out. It is pointless to put competitors on the brink, but not so vain to give life to the agonizing project and not to extinguish all hopes.

However, another project and a green model has already been presented, which aims to bring together all lovers of greenery, carried out by another designer office, and which sees nothing but an obstacle to the previous one we are talking about. Despite the fact that the greenery was even more intense, the lovers of the oak trees approached this, and now it has launched the lovers of the green hills a new, so irritating, that it was unbearable. Therefore, there is a squeeze of clients that have approached the first project, fans of the multicolor area. And they've decided to take a step forward: instead of bringing together all the greens at once, they've striven to see the need to open them green to more colors, they've decided to open their own design office, with the goal of accelerating the first project and the forces that are left in their favor. Difficult, but with a meritorious purpose.

I don't know. Obviously, the model was not built with plaster or dough, but with flour that did not become bread paste. I do not know if the enthusiastic new Zabaltzen studies will be able to inject yeast and I do not see myself in a regulated office. But if one of today's two designs is my client, and he wants to give preference to the model that promised varied colors, I'm also clear: if there's no bread, at least one cake.
