Euskadiko Jaurlaritzan parte har zezan gonbitea luzatu zien EAJk ETAri zein ezker abertzaleari 1970an, eta Branka aldizkarian (1971ko otsailean) erantzun zitzaion, denbora ez dela alferrik igarotzen, 1936tik 1971ra 35 urte pasatuak zirela eta aldatzeko ordua zela. Alegia, 1936an “21 urte zituztenak, gaur 56 urte dituzte” gogoratu zitzaien jeltzaleei.
Bai, seguru asko 35 urtean gauzak dezente aldatzen dira eta 1971an 56 urte zituzten gudariak zahartzat jotzeko arrazoirik bazuen ETAk. Kontua da, ordea, 1959an ETA sortu zenetik, 35 urte ezezik 52 joan direla eta 1959an 21 urte zituztenek 73 urte dituztela egun.
ETAk 56 urteko jeltzaleak jubilatu gura izan zituen 1971n, baina berak orain 73 urte izan arren ez du bere burua jubilatu nahi. Are gehiago, azken agirian ETAk gogorarazi nahi izan digu zelatan jarraitzen duela ezker abertzalea ondo porta dadin.
