After plant people like Otea, Ulex europaeus, blossom back in color in the season of the Roman Bridge from winter to spring, the florist will turn towards the white. April of spring is the main floral season here. From the white path where all the colors coincide, Prunus avium, after cherry, apple tree (Malus x domestica) and white thorn (Crataegus sp.) the blossoming of such flowers is here. Also the pseudoacacia that we have brought from the outside and domesticated without much copla, Robinia pseudoacacia. Did we wear it so fast because it's white, with no trace of xenophobia? The white of this, however, appears in the flatulence of fragrances with a sweet aroma, so that even the deaf nose and sense of smell are possessed. It’s a tree that has conquered us with ease, tenderness, the presence of a unique wood for the wet and dry climate of our society and an intoxicating fragrance in the gums of the spring bloodshed. Not only do bees, bumblebees, bumblebees, bumblebees, bumblebees, bumblebees, wasps and wasps go crazy, but so do beekeepers and all of us. The honey of pseudoscience is clear, but it has a fine floral aroma and an amount of fructose that few have. So, what more do you need? Well, remember this: “acacia flower, anchovy gold”. The month of April is also the month of April, the time to address the plantations that will be the main harvests of the year in summer and autumn. Then the futures. I prefer to look at the most tender friends of the present pseudo-acacia flower: asparagus, pea, bean, garlic, onion...
