On 8 June, Hego Euskal Herria is scheduled to enter the third phase. On Saturday, the Official State Gazette (BOE) published the characteristics of this phase of the OPE. However, these characteristics will be determined by the Autonomous Communities.
Elderly and young people
All hours will disappear in the next phase, so people over 70 years of age will have no time limit to go out to the street. In any event, the decree requires that security measures be tightened up with vulnerable groups. For children and young people, activities starting and ending on the same day in closed and open spaces shall be authorised. Day colonies may be carried out. Open spaces will be limited to half of their usual capacity and 200 people, closed spaces one-third of their capacity and 80 people. Children should form groups of ten, recommending their maintenance in activities.
Streets and premises
The number of people who can gather in the houses and on the street will increase from fifteen to twenty. Bars and restaurants will be able to fill up to half of their capacity and terraces up to 75%. Bars in bars can be used ensuring a safe distance of two meters, while bars and nightclubs will remain closed. For outdoor cultural activities, including music concerts, the limit will be 800 people or half of their capacity. Museums, cinemas or theatres may use half of their capacity.
Funerals
The maximum number of people to be grouped in funerals held in closed spaces shall be 25, and 50 in open spaces. In general, the prohibition of inter-provincial displacement is maintained, but in the case of the CAV the unity is maintained as an autonomous community.
