What: Miss Bolivia
When: 2019-07-12
Where: Plaza de la Compañía, Pamplona
Jazz is usually present every night in the charanga, in the punk music and in the Plaza del Casco Viejo, which moves away from the pacific of the DJs, and many people take advantage of it to have a quiet dinner and enjoy a quiet night. Patriarchy! But by shouting, the square was occupied by electronic cumbia, and at this rate, there was no cut scarf.
At the center of the stage, Paz Ferreyra, the heart of the Miss Bolivia project, the space and the word in the public square with a great strength and strength. The Argentinian unearthed one by one his most well-known songs, mixing vindictive letters and corporal liberation rhythms. A sign of this is the dancers who have put choreography on each of the songs and have once again taught us that we still have a lot to learn about moving the waistline.
As Miss Bolivia said from the beginning, the audience was eager to shake their butt, and they were able to do so with things like "Menea" or "Bien Warrior," among others. The Argentine singer once again demonstrated his ability to merge digital music with the original melodies. In her songs she mixes cumbia with dancehall, hip hop and funk, but always maintaining the popular and vindictive character of the neighborhood. An example of this was the song "Soy", made with Liliana Herrero, or the well-known "Wachas", dedicated to those who leave the marked route.
Then came one of the most emotional moments of the concert, when the artist recited the song he has brought out about feminicides, as a long poem: I went out for work and I didn't go, I went out to school and I didn't get there, I got out of the dance and I lost, suddenly I blurred ... If you touch one you touch all of us, stop killing us! Viewers were generally applauded. Long live the feminist struggle! He sang again, and the whole plaza crowned him unanimously.
And before he realized it, the concert had come to the end. Another one! Another one! After the mythic, we were able to dance a couple more songs -- "Tomato the famous stick," among others -- but I would say that we all felt like more. Once we've unleashed our waistband, we'll spend the whole night dancing.
