The incident occurred on Thursday morning at about 11:23 in the town of Matallana de Valmadrigal, León (Spain). According to the emergency services, the deceased couple and their 12-year-old son were on bicycles. The couple dies there and their son is slightly injured and taken to the hospital in León.
The driver escapes and is arrested by the Guardia Civil seventeen kilometers away. Tested positive for alcohol: 1.16 mg/l, five times the permitted rate. Besides, I was driving without car insurance. The deceased man was a member of the Suave group between Hernani and Urnieta. She was born in San Sebastián, but had lived in Amasa-Villabona for years. His 12-year-old son is a member of the FKE Billabona.

The City Council of Villabona has convened an urgent meeting with all the parties of the City Council and the institutional declaration has been published.
