Solidarity with the colleague who will have to go to court on 29 October

The promoters of destructive projects use all the means to carry out their business, from the mafia practices used by the landowners in the Llanada Solaria to scare and disappoint the owners, to the judgment of the activists against the macro-finance of Caparroso in Navarra or the legal artimañas of the landowners on the land in the looting of the TAV, such as the arrest and economic trial in Lapurdi.

The Mordaza Law allows for police mounts like our colleague's. With the word of a police officer alone, and without the need to provide any evidence, they can punish anyone, regardless of the truthfulness of the facts. Every right of defence is nothing, you will pay first and then, if you want, you will have the right to defend yourself! The Moorish Law is one of the fundamental pillars of a policy that seeks to stifle and economically exhaust social and economic movements. It is therefore essential to repeal this Law in its entirety.

We express our full support for the person to appear in the court, convening the press conference and meeting on Tuesday 29 October at 9:30 in the Court of Vitoria.
