UPN Congress: change of direction or continuity?
As proposed by UPN or a member of the regionalist party of the Union of Navarra, he has been away from power for many years. This agreement, on the other hand, has explained the secrets between the members of the party. The joint candidature meant that the vote was not taken at the congress, and that the one who opposed that candidature could not show it. On the contrary, the Directorate makes an amendment, which, although a single application, is put to the vote so that whoever is against can appear. UPN lost quite a few members as a result of the internal crisis created by the Sayas-Adanero pair, which will not result in further losses of members from joining the division. UPN just needed that.
