Every year, at this time, we have the same issue with each other. Inadequate proof of access to university, classicist and many other things. One more year we are in that... it is true that students do not arrive in the same conditions, for that we should change the pre-university education system (that is not what we are talking about), that all students have their economic level, that the linguistic situation of the house or the center in which they have studied... that everyone has the same conditions.
It is also true that pre-university centers do not evaluate the same, do not demand the same and do not qualify the same. That is why a test is needed to resolve (or channel) this imbalance (injustice, I would say). And why not take measures against it (some government dares to do so? ). The key is how to experiment, what and how to do three days for thousands of young people to choose the career they want. How to perform these thousands of tests with the same criteria. Because you cannot do the career that each student wants (and by the way, at the UPV no more places are offered in medicine, among other things because you have to ensure the practices of the students who register and not for the students to go to private university…). Finally, every year we are turning to the test, but I fear, without touching the bottom of the problem, without seeing alternatives.
