Next, the chronicler of the organizing group of each session:
Altubepekoak from Aiaraldea and Errexala from Vitoria
Yesterday the first session of the Bertsolaris Interquadrillas de Álava Championship was held. The "Altubepekoak" groups of Aiaraldea and "Errexala" of Vitoria-Gasteiz sang in the Basalarrina society.
Last Saturday the Bertsolaris Interquadrillas de Álava Championship was presented in Aramaio. The "Altubepekoak" group of the region will participate. It is precisely yesterday that the first session took place in the Basalarrina de Llodio society. The team that obtained the most points was Gasteiz's "Errexala".
About 25 people met yesterday at the EiTB headquarters in Bilbao to participate in the event. The presentation was carried out by Ander Fernández and together with him formed the team Iñaki Cabeza, Ainhoa Comas, Unai Mendibil and Izar Mendiguren. After the collective layoffs, the bertsolaris had to sing a trade in the big zortziko and another in the small.
Ainhoa Comas (de Altubepe) and GARIKOITZ Sarriugarte (de Errexala) replaced 2 people who presented to the Plaza de fontanero, as the patron chose the boy. In the light of Sarriugarte's goodwill, Ayala's neighbour stressed that what is needed is not charity, but justice. In the lesser zortziko, Manu Bendala (Errexala) and Izar Mendiguren (Altubepe) took care of the surveillance tasks. Moreover, the bertsolaris had to complete the following works: the four feet, finished, by points and the coplate. On the part of Aiaraldea, Iñaki Cabeza retained the exercise of the rhymes and completed the bertso with the end. The program was very intense in general, and all the bertsolaris left a good number of copies for the end. The listeners were also at ease, as shown by the tweet from social networks:
The next 8 February will be the turn of the Aiaraldea group, which will be accompanied by the group "Sumendindiola bet poto" in Vitoria-Gasteiz. This year’s championship will involve 12 improvisation groups, 62 bertsolaris, 16 judges and 17 Gaiteros.
BertsoLARRIAK from Mendialdea and Gladiodours from Kakiturri de Gasteiz
We've come together at the Korres bar to have dinner and throw some elegant coplas. First, we have had the opportunity to enjoy a good dinner and after putting the dessert in the body the two groups have put the t-shirts of their colors and then started the bertsos session.
The locals, dressed in wig shirts, hat and box, sing their cocks written with a guitar sound.
The round of layoffs has come later. The bertsolaris have removed the add-ons and presented themselves accompanied by electronic music.
We have had the opportunity to listen to good coplas and not so good, but we have enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere at all times.
Once the bertsos session was over and while the jury was making the decision, the bertsolaris have started to rap, creating a big pique. The audience let go of great laughter.
Gladiodours have won the BertsoLARRIS 20-4.
We are eager to enjoy the next program!
Los Cabellos del Bosque Condal de Aramaio y Izenbakue
Liberated from the body by the tiredness of the Bertso Day and attracted by the atmosphere that had been created in the town last Saturday, about thirty people gathered in the Marixeka society of Aramaio to attend dinner. The Konde Basiluek team imposed itself on the Derbi aramaiotarra, after acting with the team that accompanied Izenbakue in the program.
The Count's forest hair welcomed the people of Izenbakue at home. In the afternoon, they approached society and dinner was prepared among the members of the group. To start the desk session, the youth of the bertso-eskola of Aramaio offered the attendees a series of bertsos about the crew: “The confession may have been a bad idea,/ because we haven’t lengthened a lot/ our line of thanks… / Even though there are often wars, / thanks to the crew / we have done a lot of times the careless…/ Our bad and good side/ but we want a lot”.
From the house group, the bertsolaris Xabi Igoa, Aitor Ugarte, Martin Abarrategi and Paula Amilburu sang and Lierni Altuna put the themes to the bertsolaris who participated in the performance. The Izenbakuek group was attended by Peru Abarrategi, Manex Agirre and Danel Herrarte. The seven bertsolaris formed a light session, in which Amaia Arrangi and Irati Lasaga participated.
