Autumn Novenas

The practice of the novenas in both spring and autumn is a very old habit among us, perhaps because they are seasons that bring many changes. It has also been added that our current lifestyle requires us to adapt in autumn to many changes.
Working with universal formulas is comfortable, too comfortable, but in no case is it adapting to the needs of each one, and making here a novena in one way or another, depends on the situation of each one. Regardless of the selected plants, they will be taken on nine consecutive days, no more, and once a day, fasting in the morning; yes, in three consecutive months since October.
The elimination of excessive fluids retained in the body before winter and the enhancement of bladders and kidneys is very convenient to improve cold resistance and relieve the body before winter. Fox tail (Equisetum arvense), heather (Calluna vulgaris) and maize beards (Zea mays) have been used for this task. You may also be given Asuna (Dioica Urtica), but it should be noted that many will not be able to take it nine days in a row.
These plants are dried and mixed in the same amount, collecting them in a dark, airtight container. Place 250 milliliters of boiling water and two tablespoons of dried medicinal herbs, cover five minutes, filter and drink fasting in the morning. From behind you can have breakfast as usual.
In autumn, fatigue or asthenia is associated with the presence of fox rabbits (Equisetum arvense), property (Urtica dioica), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), asparagus (Geranium robertianum), thyme (Thymus vulgaris) and laurus (Laurus nobilis), both mixed and dried.
For those who are difficult to infuse, it is possible to take a vegetable stock. We don't read broth as an infusion, but it's a very close relative. Place the onion, leek (with green leaf), garlic, fresh ginger, celery or parsley, carrot and cabbage and slices in a saucepan and after cooking we turn the fire off. Then we put a large spoon of a liter of fox tail and some fox tail. We taped it for 10 minutes and filtered it. It would be good to drink 300 milliliters a day, empty or accompanied by cooked eggs or noodles.

It should also be taken in size when there is low voltage, if not possible for nine days, for example seven days. It should be taken into account that if we have gastric diseases these infusions can produce burning.
