This acid is contained in eggplant, but at least apples (Malus domestica) and ciders, artichokes (Cynara scolymus), endibias (Cichorum endivia), Japanese mizpiras (Japanese eriobotrya), plums (Prunus domestica), carrots (Daucus carativus). And without having to move the skin to an expensive chocolate color.
