After recognition of the huge profits of last week, the Tubing Reunidos management sent a communication yesterday to the staff committee to inform it of the intention to put into effect a temporary employment regulation dossier.
In fact, the company has argued "production and organisational reasons" and the measure will affect 848 workers, unless both parties agree otherwise.
In addition, within a week Tubes Reunited convenes a meeting with the unions to pass all the documentation and start the negotiation process.
Company Committee sources indicate that the arrival of Aiaraldea Komunikabideak has been unofficially initiated, starting the case in September and ending in February of the following year.

These sources explain to the media that a few months ago the management commented that the good results that have just been achieved were due to last year’s demands, and that this year insufficient demand has been received.
However, the measure has surprised the unions, as last week the company reported extraordinary benefits.

For the staff of Tubes Reunidos the seventh file of the last years is announced: In 2009, 2010, 2016, they were also implemented in 2018, and during the pandemic they have been subject to two others.
