Aitzine and LAB block the Hendaia topo

The train service between Hendaia and Donostia-San Sebastian has also been blocked during the morning, in both directions. Several members of the youth organization Aitzina and the LAB syndicate of Ipar Euskal Herria have concentrated in front of the High-Speed train. With this action they want to demonstrate that the general strike that is taking place in Hego Euskal Herria is also one of them.
They fully share their demands. Among other things, because there are many points in common between the movement that opposes the reform of the pension system and today’s general strike: "In Europe there are the same calls, we all have to deal with them. The neoliberal model being carried out throughout Europe has the same objective for all peoples: to reduce as much of the GDP devoted to social spending as possible to the private pocket,” said LAB member Jeronimo Prieto in the interview on January 17.
Coinciding with the general strike, a concentration will be held at 18:30 in the afternoon in front of the house of the town of Hendaia.
