Topa Gaitezen:

Today is 4 December. It has not been a month since we gathered around 100 young people to discuss Euskera in the Portuguese Market. The same day it continued, starting at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 20:30 p.m. the dynamics of debate we had prepared; we ended up exhausted, but also with hope, with the conviction that we had taken a step forward. In fact, we gave the first glimpses of what we want to be young and Euskaltzales and laid a firm foundation for moving forward. The conclusion of the debate all day can be summed up in five words: that we are young people who are going to talk about the Basque country.

Because we are clear about the importance of Euskera and languages in our development as people and as a people, in addition to the communicative value. In this way, we will be young people who will do an exercise to analyze Euskera and language from this perspective, and who recognize the value that languages have, as well as the communicative value. To do so, we will promote reflections on the values and understanding of languages, with the aim of adapting them to the local reality, committing ourselves to putting the necessary resources for reflection on the table. From the counties to the villages, from Igorre to Bilbao, from gaztetxes to schools and university. We want to promote the creation of networks and mutual knowledge among young people, so that the reality of each one contributes to the construction of a collective. We cannot forget, of course, the work done by our ancestors, so we will encourage intergenerational transmission, analyzing the decisions of the past to imagine the future. Through networks, reflections and resources, which today are reflections, mark the direction of tomorrow.

To do this, we're not going to create rigid structures, we want to be a movement, a movement that's spreading every day. We will begin to influence from the Basque Country in our current areas, making visible and making visible the oppressions we suffer in our daily life. We will create referent movements that work from the Basque Country where we can. We will work with the agents working on the subject of Euskera and encourage collaboration between these agents, also collaborating with the other movements that fight against different oppression. Gradually, making reflections and deepening the reflections to weave the community and build the people from the community.

Today it is December 4, Euskal Herria is with the day after the challenge of Euskaraldia, with evaluations and mentalities. But we, as Amets Arzallus has made known, know the importance of day 12; and after participating enthusiastically in Euskaraldia, we have addressed the challenge of transforming the Basque Country from the Basque and the Basque Country. That is no small thing we are going to do! But the potential of a woven Basque community is not small. We are here, and we say it with all humility, that we are going to start working, and yes to all the young people of Bizkaia, but also to all the young people of Euskal Herria, whom we call to work and work from the Basque and the Basque.
