The company Texajax will be reported to the Labor Inspectorate for "discrimination" against the mother who was dismissed
- Texajax Abrasives of Amorebieta will be sued by the LAB union in the Labor Inspectorate because they believe that “companies that discriminate should be punished”. The LAB raises the "exemplary" struggle of Janire, who was fired after being a mother, in its appearance today.
The ruling claims that she suffered "discrimination on the basis of sex", that "fundamental rights have been violated as a result of motherhood", and that the company will have to compensate her for the damage.
