The Arkaute Police Academy of the Government Security Department has managed the access of the Foreign Ministers' firefighters and the situation they gave last week in the Basque Parliament through EH Bildu.

They denounce that the call for the last OPE has been "fraught with irregularities", since in no case was it "a fair test", arguing that psychotechnical tests "are more important than enough": "While they have been neglected in other areas of the state, due to numerous judgments that question their legitimacy and effectiveness, in the OPE designed by Arkaute this type of studies have given it much more importance than the specific issues of firefighters." Moreover, the presence of psychotechnical tests increased in the last study without warning.

Thus, only 15% of the people presented passed the test and the Arkaute Academy was "forced to review the test", decided to bypass the results according to the firefighters and increased the barrier "à la carte".

And firefighters say 75 percent of the media stay in the street. "As a result of this poor management, the lack of personnel creates situations that affect the safety of the population of Araba and Gipuzkoa in daily life. The bulls are carried out by intermediate firefighters, without taking into account their experience and lack of training. Some of them have not been declared fit by Arkaute."

Protests are taking place on the street and four demands have been made:

1. That firefighters’ OPERs are for firefighters, that is, that the theme based on the trade is more important.
2. Therefore, the disappearance of psychotechnical tests, for their invalidity and for their stranger to firefighter work.
3. Let OPERs not be done by the Arkaute police academies, because their model has become clear that it is dark, full of irregularities and far from the need.
4. Negotiation of requirements for selective processes with representatives of different service staff.
