This is an initiative that will be held for the second year with the objective of creating a neighborhood creativo.El festival will start on Saturday with the celebration of the Gertu Day, which is held in Araba Euskaraz this year. Nordic walking, zumba and bertsos sessions have been organized since the first hour of the morning. After the popular meal, it will be the turn of the music with performances of music groups and dj, explained José Alberto Santiago, coordinator of the day.

In addition to the weekend activity, activities are scheduled for the whole week in Judimensiondi. For seven days creative writing workshops will be held, a meeting with the choirs, a cultural route with the elders of the neighborhood, conferences, concerts and poetry recitals around the secrets of the Judimensiondi, the popular movement and the neighbourhood.
As explained by the head of the festival, Leire Betolaza, the program was developed as a result of the recovery of the neighborhood: "we want to reorient the social impulse towards creation. Through the direct participation that we have been developing since last October, we rely on the own resources of the neighbors". In this way, the first step was the framework of Sugar Lab and the second one is Sugar Kultur Fest, "to make visible the neighborhood we want from Judimensiondi, to take the first step towards being a creative neighborhood," said Betolaza.
In total, more than 30 groups participate in the organization of the festival: Association of Neighbors, Civic Center, Church, members of the Sumendi space, Eoncult Association, neighborhood artists, and the ARTgia sorgune & aretoa room, "to achieve changes derived from knowledge and knowledge".
The Sugar Kultur Fest of Judimendi is a new cultural project that focuses on the development of collaborative spaces. "We want to be a creative neighborhood. There are other similar experiences in Barcelona, Portugal, Madrid or Irun. They are also being trained in Judimensiondi.
