The day after the vacancy company D&S tried to evict a person in Andoain (Gipuzkoa), two unemployed people from the police company Desokupacyl, called by an owner, came to Soraluze (Gipuzkoa). Upon learning of this, the Socialist Housing Union of the Valley of the Hague called to mobilize and deal with unemployment, and many people came to do so. By then, the eviction was already executed, but the mobilization of the fascist managed to expel it: The fascists had to flee by the Ertzaintza, as seen in the videos.

The event took place on 5 June and at the time when the police identified two people who had come forward to deal with the unemployed. A judicial notification has now been notified to one of them for a complaint, and it will have to appear at the Eibar (Gipuzkoa) court on 29 January. The crimes of "attack" and "grave disobedience" are accused of the Foral Police. To support Soraluze, called to testify, and to reject unemployed companies, they have called for a protest on the eve of 28 January: The concentration will take place in Soraluze, from 19:00 in the afternoon.

The protest callers have considered "dangerous and worrying" the presence of vacancy companies, "more in collaboration with the police forces", and have warned that "it is increasingly common" for the owners to hire this type of para-police groups "to dismiss people in vulnerable situations or without resources". "We cannot allow people with these kinds of attitudes, using mafia tactics and hate speech, to use the problem of homelessness," they added.
