Israeli soldiers kill a 20-year-old Palestinian at the funeral of the 12-year-old who themselves killed
- Together with Hebron, the Israeli Army has killed a Palestinian at the funeral of the 12-year-old girl killed the day before. Shawkat Khalid Awad, 20, has been shot dead in the head and stomach. Israeli soldiers also launched tear gas and grenades at the funeral, according to the newspaper Democracy Now.
The 12-year-old was traveling in a car with his father and younger brother. Subsequently, the father informed the media that he had turned 180 degrees with the car in which the Israeli military checkpoint was seen. This was enough for Israeli soldiers to shoot at the car and kill a 12-year-old boy in the middle of the capital.
