- The Supreme Court has reduced from eleven to two years the prison sentence to the professor who committed sexual abuse at the Gaztelueta College in Leioa, and has shown his anger with the father. “The sentence gives us reason, recognizes that the child is a victim of sexual abuse, but that is not enough; it is insulting and unacceptable for the court to think that some of the facts are not sufficiently proven and does a disservice to the fight against sexual violence.”
In statements to Radio Euskadi, Juan Cuatrecasas has been "hurt" by the situation created.
