From now on, the maximum number of people who will be able to meet in public space and in accommodation is six – before ten – and it is recommended to do so also in private spaces, except in the case of people who live with each other. From 12:00 hours it will be forbidden to be in the bar and customers will have to be sitting at the tables, both inside and outside. As you have explained, most of the infections are occurring in the family and social sphere and are measures taken to control these infections further.
There is also a 50% reduction in the number of public events such as velatoria, burials, weddings, religious events or similar public gatherings. Gastronomic societies and peñas will also be closed, except in municipalities with fewer than 500 inhabitants and where there is a single association bringing together citizens.
Furthermore, no alcoholic beverages may be sold in any commercial establishment, according to the authorities, as from 22:00 hours in order to deal with increased tobacco consumption.
Punitive measures are also hardened: not wearing the mask or wearing it badly will be punished with a fine of 300 euros and the use of a forbidden drink on the street with 600 euros.
