Report that Sara Majarenas is living in an "exceptional" situation

At the last session of 15 February, the judge decided to release Majarenas' aggressor, considering that the judicial process was "prolonging" and that provisional prison is "an exceptional measure". “He acknowledged that he tried to kill his daughter,” Ibarreta said: “How does Sara live in this situation? He's threatened with death." As you have explained, the aggressor has a telematic bracelet, so it is not allowed to enter the Basque Autonomous Community. Ibarreta and Zurutuza have denounced that they not only fear the aggressor who is at liberty, but also fear justice: “The fear is double; that of the free assassin and that of the Spanish justice”. Two years later, the trial has not yet been held.
