Under the motto "If you touch me, we destroy you," feminist self-defense in Pamplona claims
- Hundreds of people have gathered at a rally called by the feminist movement, on the eve of Sanfermin from the Old Town of Pamplona. They say they won't admit black-and-white attacks.
The feminist demonstration on the eve of San Fermín has crossed the Casco Viejo de Pamplona under the motto “If you touch me, we destroy you, we are organized by feminists”. “If you can’t be without attacking the surrounding women, the loggers and the transes, if you don’t know how to occupy the spaces and can’t relate in a healthy way to others, don’t come aggressively, you’re not invited to Pamplona or any other,” the feminist movement says. They stress that the festive atmosphere cannot be seen as a cause of violence against women.
They stress the importance of feminist networks, solidarity and feminist self-defense against patriarchal aggressions.
