The PSN War
The Navarra Federation of Municipalities and Councils was born with the objective of "protecting and promoting their shared interests and local autonomy". A Communication Officer will soon be selected who will have to master Spanish and Basque.

The PSN does not contemplate the 64 municipalities of the "vascophony zone" (and the 98 of the "mixed zone") that should have the opportunity to use the Basque Country with total normality with the FNMC. To this end, the head of communication, the president and the other groups of the FNMC should master Euskera, as should Castilian.
The PSN has long declared war on the Basque Navarros. Also to the institutions. It seems that there are few ideological resources left, such as the banderin, the Spanish team, Euskaraphobia, etc.
It is exclusive that the municipalities of Euskaldunes cannot normally develop their relations in Euskera with the managing bodies of one of the participating entities.
It is a "forced imposition", that these municipalities are forced to use Spanish with other Navarre institutions, even more so in the case of the FNMC.
“Respect for volunteerism” consists in respecting and guaranteeing the right to speak in Basque, as happens with Castilian. What is more, in the case of public institutions.
The socio-linguistic reality is dynamic and changing. It is so that the Basque language, the native language of Navarre, also predominant in the eighteenth century, belongs to the current minority, as a result of the siege of the Spanish governments (and of some Navarros, such as the present one).
