Between 1999 and 2017, the number of overdose deaths in the United States was 400,000. The Sackler Dynasty is responsible for this massacre and currently has over 2,300 complaints against it. In exchange for $12 million, it proposes to the complainants the abandonment of judicial remedies. Not everyone has accepted treatment.
