"At least striking," says the ELA union through notes, referring to the events that occurred in the OPE call 2017.

Specifically, ELA believes that in the pneumology tests conducted in December 2022 there may be "irregularities", and the LAB union has once again raised "doubts" about the "lack of effective measures" against leaks.

The data that draws attention are as follows: eight of the 69 pneumology candidates get over 70 points out of 100, of which only four exceed 82 points, four people work in the same center and ALS considers that the pneumology professionals are in the thirteen hospitals of Osakidetza.

"What happened has a hard explanation."

ELA calls on Osakidetza to launch the investigation as soon as possible to clarify what has happened and to make the results public. If not, or "if the consequences are negative," the union says it will study going to court.

Remember that in the 2017 call there was "fraud" and that a supposed filtration revealed the whole system. Because, according to ELA, in this system certain heads of service decided who and when would get a fixed seat in Osakidetza.
