The demonstration began on 11 May in Murcia II against the conditions of the prisoner of the Chantrea Patxi Ruiz, imprisoned in Pamplona/Iruña (Navarra), and in favour of the repatriation of all Basque prisoners.
Ruiz has spent 31 days without eating and twelve of them have been on hunger strike. The reasons for leaving the fight will be explained by the prisoner himself, as sources close to the prisoner have indicated to Berria.
Since the start of the hunger strike, there have been many demonstrations in Euskal Herria in solidarity with the prisoner of eta. There were also calls for mobilizations for this Wednesday, for example, in Pamplona, in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, at 20:00.
