"These elections have only served to strengthen the extreme right"
- The head of the UN Podemos list, Pablo Iglesias, has warned of the danger of an increase in the extreme right and has "again" drawn Pedro Sánchez's hand to stop fascism and start negotiating parliamentary stability.
"It can be said, with results in hand, that these elections have served to strengthen the extreme right," so Pablo Iglesias started his press conference on the election night.
Churches have shown concern about the increase in Vox and pp and have reminded us that we are in a situation that could be prevented: "These elections have served to make us at the moment one of Europe's most powerful right-wing extremes. In this regard, Iglesias has stated that the only way to stop the extreme right in Catalonia is parliamentary stability and thus to guarantee "social policies". In this sense, he has reiterated his "tense hand" to the Socialist Party and its Secretary General, Pedro Sánchez.
