Gonzalez was arrested in February while working on the Polish border with Ukraine. He is accused of espionage work for Russia and has since been in provisional prison. It is the third time that provisional imprisonment has been extended for three months.
Gonzalez is a prisoner without evidence and violating some of his rights fundamentales.En September sued the European Court of Human Rights for considering that the corresponding human rights are being violated and that the judicial process that began against him has no "guarantee of minority justice". Until recently it has only been possible to communicate with relatives by letter and has only received visits from lawyers and Spanish consul.
