30 people have signed up and, once the pre-elections are over, on Friday the 24 participants who will compete in the 2019 Bertsolaris Championship in Navarra have been presented in Barañain. This year’s championship consists of four quarter-finals, three semi-finals and the grand finals of the championship. It will start at the Tudela Music School and end on March 23 at the Anaitasuna Sports Club in Pamplona.

The quarter-finals will be held on the second and third weekend of February in Seville. The semi-finals and final of the Couples Championship will be played in March. The sessions will be held in Tudela, Urdax, Irurita, Estella, Villava, Etxarri Aranatz, Lesaka and Iruña. As the Bertsozale Association has said, it is a step for the Basque Country to spread throughout Navarre, in this Navarre of a thousand colors and a thousand.

The project will be possible by a group of seven judges, fifteen experts on subjects, dozens of collaborators and a large group of volunteers, among others. The bertsolaris participating in the event are as follows:
